Lil Kim covers RollingOut magazine and performs live at MGM Grand Foxwoods, speaks on plastic surgery backlash

Lil Kim has received a lot of backlash about her choices in plastic surgeons over the years and the Brooklyn rapstress has always managed to skirt around the issue and avoid all questions about it.. She is said to have a book in the works about her life so it should be interesting to see if she opens up about her infatuation with going under the knife, but in the meantime RollingOut Magazine took the reigns and just addressed the issue with the MC head-on, and this was her response…

“No disrespect, no shade, but I’m not going to answer that question because I think that’s kinda corny. I don’t know how to answer that. That’s not a question I would answer,” she says regarding the media’s ongoing fixation with her. “I’m blessed. That’s all I can say. And I am who I am. – Lil Kim(RollingOut)

Well there ya have it folks… Kim also went on to discuss her career and whether she has any regrets or not.

“I’m pretty sure everybody in the industry and in life, period has things that they feel like they would do over, but I don’t really regret much in my life,” she claims. “There are certain things that I would do over and certain things that I would do differently. But the things that I go through and the things that I’ve gone through have become a major part of who I am today. – Lil Kim (RollingOut)

“I’m a real artist. I have basically been in the game for a minute, so it’s where I feel like it’s time to go to [another] level in my career. I think every artist has that moment if you’re a real artist. I care about what I do, so in different things you’re always concerned about your next step  but that doesn’t stop me from taking it. I just think that my fans not even just my fans, but even potentially new fans are ready to hear some new Lil’ Kim music and everyone knows that. – Lil Kim (RollingOut)
